- Content you upload or create, including videos, images, audio, text, and brand assets.
- Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser type, and cookies.
- Payment information handled by our payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers).
- Communications, such as support requests or messages sent through the contact form.
- Waitlist information, including name, email, company name, and website.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Analyze usage, performance, and reliability.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Send product updates, onboarding, or service messages.
- Protect security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing
The Service uses automated and AI-assisted tools to analyze and edit user content. We process content to generate outputs you request. We do not use your content to train generalized models for other customers without your permission.
5. How We Share Information
- Service providers and subprocessors, such as hosting, storage, analytics, session replay, customer messaging, and payment processing.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA.
6. Key Service Providers
- Infrastructure and hosting: Supabase, AWS (S3, CloudFront, MediaConvert).
- Payments: Stripe.
- Analytics: PostHog.
- Session replay: LogRocket.
- Customer messaging: Customer.io.
- Monitoring and error reporting: Sentry (if enabled).
- AI processing: Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic (as applicable to features).

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data for compliance, security, dispute resolution, and backup purposes.

10. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, update, or delete your account data through your settings or by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
- California residents may request access, deletion, or correction and will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights.
- If we ever sell or share personal information, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

We may process information outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
